Luxury Travel Mart without borders

First international edition brings together 70 global exhibitors and 95 hosted buyers from the CIS

The Luxury Travel Mart, a key event in the luxury travel industry in CIS for over 20 years, has successfully held its first edition outside the region. The inaugural international exhibition took place on the 1st-4th of June, 2026 in the resort town of Belek, Turkiye, under the patronage of Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency and Belek Tourism Investors Union (BETUYAB).

Belek has established itself as one of the Mediterranean's leading luxury resort destinations, offering world-class hospitality infrastructure, year-round accessibility, a mild climate, and a unique combination of nature, culture and wellness experiences. Surrounded by pine forests and located just minutes from Antalya International Airport, the destination continues to attract high-value international travelers and major global tourism events.

The event attracted 70 exhibitors from around the world, half of which were Turkish companies, while the other half comprised international participants from Azerbaijan, Croatia, Egypt, Italy, France, Germany, Monaco, Montenegro, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and even long-haul destinations such as the Maldives and the Seychelles. The exhibitor lineup included leading hotel groups, individual hotels and DMCs.

All participants were offered 54 pre-scheduled meetings with hosted buyers from CIS countries. In total, over 3,700 business-to-business meetings took place during the event.

The exhibition distinguished itself not only by guaranteed meetings but also by a rich networking programme designed for both buyers and exhibitors for successful future cooperation.

On the eve of the opening, guests enjoyed a gala dinner at the luxurious Nemo Restaurant in the Land of Legends complex, where, inside the giant aquarium, a diver unfurled a “Welcome to Belek” banner. The dinner menu was the same as that served at the annual presidential summit held in Belek every April.

Day two featured a busy business agenda of 34 meetings in Ela Excellence Resort Belek, followed by the spectacular “All White” beach party at the Calista Luxury Resort. On the third day, after 20 additional scheduled meetings, the event concluded with a gala dinner at the Spice Resort Hotel, complete with an after party.

A total of 95 hosted buyers attended the exhibition, giving them the opportunity not only to explore the products and services on offer but also to enjoy the resort’s amenities, including swimming in the azure sea and relaxing on the beach.

The overwhelming success of the debut edition guarantees that the Luxury Travel Mart will become an annual event. Next year, Belek will once again welcome participants from around the world as well as travel agencies the CIS. The preliminary date for the next edition is April 2027.
